arc46 (the company) does not access any(!) data on your systems. We do not collect metadata. We do not collect perfomance stats (although we realy would like to).

squid by arc46 only facilitates data access as documented, restricted by the documented roles and acls that You configure. You have complete control over who accesses your data.

squid by arc46 does not write or modify any data on your systems, except for writing to ServiceNow standard log (syslog) files.

In the course of processing your order and supporting You in your usage of squid by arc46, some personal data (e.g. name, email), will be retained by arc46. This data will only be used for the immediate purposes of offering You support.
